My friends have gotten me hooked on Blogilates. If you haven’t heard of it, then click on the link. It is run by a girl called Cassie who lives in Los Angeles. She has a youtube channel where she posts pilates videos and offers healthy recipes, healthy tips, positivity and motivation.
I have started doing her beginner videos and I think they’re great. You basically throw on your gym clothes, find a space in your house as long as your body if you’re lying down and press play. Cassie explains and shows you exactly how to do it, she motivates you and entertains you. It is free and super convenient. I love it.
My illustration above is of her Blogilates Fit Journal which i have ordered and am waiting for. If you check out the blog, Cassie will explain in a video her 12 week challenge which you can begin on December 1 or January 1, whichever is most convenient to you. I am starting it on December 1.
